Dan Ross, Executive Director of EFGP with over 20 years experience in alliance development and management for large and small companies. Dan was a pioneer in development of reseller and ISV programs in the computer industry and has led multi-vendor alliance teams in targeted marketing initiatives. He has also managed alliances with large companies such as Microsoft and Siebel.
Panelists:
Bob Moul, CEO of Boomi Inc., a past Philadelphia 100® award winner along with other awards, that utilized indirect channels of distribution, OEM and reseller agreements, as well as referral programs to grow their business. Boomi was recently acquired by Dell.
Marty Rosen, Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Vice President and Cofounder of Health Advocate, a multi-year Philadelphia 100® winner along with other awards. Health Advocates goes to market through a number of channels and partnerships.
Eric Sumner, Attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP who is a member of the EFGP board and who specializes in all aspects of intellectual property law, including worldwide patent acquisition, licensing and enforcement. Eric is experienced in reviewing strategic alliance and joint venture agreements, and he counsels clients on the risks associated with the deal structures and exit strategies as well as IP ownership considerations.
