Moderator:
Ronald Fisher, the founder of MillCrest Law LLP, having over two decades of experience as a counselor and attorney-at-law, primarily as a transactional, corporate, and commercial lawyer. Prior to founding MillCrest Law, Ron practiced with a prominent AmLaw 100 firm. In the electric power industry, he has led legal teams on M&A and financing transactions invovling about $4 billion of electric generation assets, including nuclear, fossil-fuel, and renewable energy facilities, most notably solar and landfill gas generation projects. Ron is very active in the energy, renewable energy, and energy conservation industries, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Philadelphia and of Cleantech Alliance Mid-Atlantic.
Panelists:
Rob Fleming received his Masters of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech and is the Director of the Master of Science in Sustainable Design Program at Philadelphia University. In 2004, Professor Fleming received the University's President's Award for Teaching Excellence.
Kenneth Wm. Kury is Assistant Professor of Family Business and Entrepreneurship in the Department of Management, Saint Joseph’s University. Ken received his Ph.D. in Organization Studies from Boston College.
Brian Phillips is founding Principal of ISA, an architectural practice based in Philadelphia that serves a wide range of clients through a variety of project types. He received his Masters of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Brian is also a Lecturer in the Architecture Department at the University of Pennsylvania School of Design where he teaches design studios focused on urban housing.
Charlie Szoradi is Chairman of INDEPENDENCE LED Lighting, a US manufacturer of industry leading ‘Linear’ LED products. He also received his Masters of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
